Analyze current HR processes and identify areas where technology can automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and free up HR professionals for more strategic work.
Working closely with end users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Developing solutions that improve efficiency and productivity in the organization
Maintaining and supporting existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring their continued function and optimizing their performance.
Work with HR teams and IT departments to streamline workflows and ensure smooth integration between different HR systems or other enterprise system.
Staying up-to-date on the latest HR technologies that can potentially improve HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
