Job Description
- Serve as the subject matter expert for system development, configuration, interfaces, and maintenance.
- Support Absence and Time Management processes, including documentation, workflow definition, training, issue resolution, data quality checks, and process improvement.
- Drive process enhancement and improve the overall employee/client experience.
- Manage testing, training, planning, and analysis related to system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide project support for new system enhancements and functionality testing.
- Lead discovery phases for new projects and document business/system requirements and process flows (as is and to be).
- Partner with HR Operations and IT/external providers to ensure timely resolution of critical system issues
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 5years or relevant work experience
- Workday experience in Time and Absence
