Provide meticulous entry and management of confidential employee data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel-related information, ensuring that HR and management have access to reliable data for decision-making.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Perform detailed data entry tasks, diligently entering information from various employee records into the HR systems. This may includes personal details, employment history, performance evaluations, training records, and benefits information. Reviews all paperwork for completeness and accuracy before entering into system. Follows up with respective HR teams on clarification or with any discrepancies/issues.
