MONTHLY BASIC SALARY
PhP 38,037.00 (plus 20% premium)
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, human resource, management, finance, social science, allied health services, public administration/management, industrial engineering, law, or other fields relevant to the job
EXPERIENCE
1 year of relevant experience in one or a combination of the following: human resources, organizational development, personnel administration/management, competency-based recruitment process, quality management, employee relations...
