**Senior Business Product Owner – ServiceNow HRSD**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Product Owner to drive the adoption, optimization, and digital transformation of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The role will focus on enhancing employee self-service capabilities, improving HR case management processes, enabling automation and AI-driven solutions, and maximizing platform utilization across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Own and prioritize the ServiceNow HRSD product backlog and roadmap.
+ Enhance Employee Center, Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent capabilities to improve employee experience and self-service adoption.
+ Optimize HR case lifecycle workflows and Agent Workspace to improve operational efficiency and case resolution.
+ Drive automation, AI, and predictive intelligence initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
