HRMS Specialist

Overview

We are an emerging HRMS SaaS provider based in Malaysia, building a next-generation, multi-tenant Cloud HRMS platform. The HRMS Specialist will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling a new HRMS SaaS product. This role bridges HR domain expertise and product development, ensuring the system meets real-world HR operational, statutory, and business needs.

The current product includes Leave, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Claims modules , with planned expansion into regional markets , Earned Wage Access (EWA) , and AI-driven HR modules .

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the HR subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams and pilot customers, validate product features against client use cases and operational pain points.
