Government Liaison Officer – Payroll
Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based, with on-site government agency attendance as required)
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Government Liaison Officer – Payroll to manage all statutory payroll-related matters with Philippine government agencies, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
This role acts as the primary operational interface between the company and relevant government offices, ensuring accurate employee registration, compliant contribution records, timely issue resolution, and audit readiness. While the role is primarily remote, it requires regular in-person attendance at government agencies to resolve escalations, discrepancies, and compliance matters that cannot be addressed electronically.
This position plays a critical role in supporting payroll operations and maintaining statutory compliance across the employee lifecycle.
