Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulation
- Drive talent acquisition efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Creating a recruitment plan and calendar based on the manpower plan and hiring targets
- Assist on employment contract preparation, onboarding of new join, offboarding process.
- Independently manage work pass applications, renewal, and cancellation of foreign employees.
- Manage employee leave and attendance, and submission of statutory claims.
- Assist on in-house and external training sourcing.
- Plan and execute employee bonding activities and company events to strengthen team spirit and workplace engagement.
- Maintenance and upkeeping of employee’s profile.
- Maintain of monthly filing.
