HSE Assistant | MNC Manufacturing

A established MNC manufacturer is looking for a passionate and proactive HSE Assistant to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support workplace inspections, risk assessments (HIRARC), and safety audits.
• Help investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, recommending preventive actions.
• Coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE, and environmental regulations.
• Support ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 activities and internal audits

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety and environmental legislation.
• Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
