HSE Director

Purpose of the Job :
Member of the Regional APMEA Strategic Planning, Performance and Sustainability Leadership team and Advisor to Regional Leadership Team and Regional Segment Heads on HSE issues
Regional contact point and coordinator for technical HSE issues for technical issues with Sodexo clients and other stakeholders.
To ensure the continued development and maturity of Sodexo Safety Culture and Safe Behaviors by demonstrating safety leadership behaviors and embedding the Group '3 Checks for safety' initiatives.
Ensure the implementation of the APAC Health and Safety Processes across all sites, to include Food Safety HACCP program.
Lead the strategic planning for the APAC region, developing regional and where required country Safety Improvement Plans and monitoring progress against them.
