Role Summary:
Hands-on

HSE Executive

role focused primarily on

ETP/STP operations and shop floor safety execution . Responsible for

plant monitoring, safety inspections, unsafe act/condition control, training, and documentation , ensuring compliance with

statutory and audit requirements

Key Responsibilities:

ETP/STP Operations
Monitor and support ETP/STP operations as per TNPCB norms
Coordinate and ensure operator availability & support
Maintain operation logs, records, and compliance data
Track parameters and initiate corrective actions

Shop Floor Safety
Perform daily safety inspections
Identify and close unsafe acts & conditions
Ensure work permit (PTW) compliance
Monitor contractor and shop floor safety practices

Safety Implementation
Conduct Risk Assessment & JSA
Apply Hierarchy of Controls
