HSE Lead

We are seeking an experienced **HSE Lead** to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment management on a large-scale **utility infrastructure project** in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working directly with **engineering consultants** in a supervision role, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations, client standards, and project HSE requirements.



+ Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific HSE Management Plan, policies, risk assessments, and method statements.

+ Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to HSE procedures, local legislation, and international best practices.

+ Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, incident investigations, and root-cause analysis.

+ Lead toolbox talks, training sessions, and safety awareness programs for site staff and contractors.

+ Review and approve contractor HSE documentation, including permits, emergency plans, and compliance records.
