Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs and policies tailored to high voltage substation construction activities.
Ensure project is in compliance with relevant local and national health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as the company standards and policies.
To provide the best practice HSE solution on day-to-day monitor and report to maintain high HSE standards in the field.
Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
