HSE Manager

Responsibilities :

• Set and maintain owner-side HSE governance, reporting, and escalation protocols
• Review contractor and PMC HSE systems, plans, and site readiness from assurance perspective
• Monitor HSE performance, critical risks, incidents, and corrective action closure
• Conduct owner HSE walks, audits, and high-risk activity observations
• Escalate serious unsafe conditions and repeated non-conformance to management
• Coordinate with Operations, FM, Security, PMC, and Contractor on safety interfaces
• Support stop-work and recovery recommendations where major risk exposure exist
• Liaise with authority, neighborhood and other external stakeholders on behalf of DRB, together with contractor.
