HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and implement health, safety, and environmental programs across our construction and energy projects. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and best practices to maintain a safe and incident-free workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, and project safety requirements
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead toolbox meetings, safety trainings, and orientations
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Monitor site activities to prevent accidents and environmental risks
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Promote a strong safety culture on site
