HSE Manager

The HSE Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and overseeing all health, safety, and environmental initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations and to maintain a safe, healthy workplace. This role will operate across two manufacturing plants located in the State of Mexico , requiring strong coordination, visibility on the shop floor, and consistent alignment of safety standards at both sites. The position requires a proactive approach to risk prevention and a commitment to continuous improvement

• Set HSE Standards: Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with all applicable regulations.
