# Oshawa Health & Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager# GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY# MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**Supervisory** Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities using approved policies and procedures as guidelines. Ensures HSE team delivers agreed-upon results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, using the P+ Prysmian, People, Performance process; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures with the assistance of the Human Resources (HR) Dept. and approved policies & procedures.
