HSE Manager

+ Developing and executing a compliance strategy; both Honeywell HSE Management System, and regulatory requirements at the manufacturing location.
+ Heavy focus on injury reduction through culture and behaviors initiatives.
+ Leading the execution of the IA HSE vision and mission through deployment of the HSE ISC Management System.
+ Partner with the site leadership to achieve the ISC goals and objectives.
+ Ability to reduce the risk profile in by identifying gaps through self-assessment, audits and 3rd party inspections.
+ Strong ability to use Honeywell Operating System/Lean Practices and Principles to develop, deploy, and continuously improve HSE results and improve efficiencies.

+ At least 8 years of progressive health, safety, and environmental experience, with increased responsibility.
+ Leadership experience in managing people.
+ Knowledge and experience in manufacturing environment.
