Job Description

Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
Identify hazards and perform risk assessments (JSA).
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory safety standards.
Monitor high-risk activities (height work, confined space, hot work).
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct safety induction and training programs.
Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).
Develop and implement emergency response plans (ERP).
Conduct mock drills and evacuation exercises.
