Job Description

Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR firm, seeks an HSE Officer for our client in the manufacturing industry. The role involves implementing and overseeing HSE programs to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will help drive a strong safety culture and reduce operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and ongoing improvement of QHSE management systems.

Coordinate regular OHS meetings, including incident reviews and implementation of corrective actions.

Assist in creating and executing training plans for OH&S, EMS, and QMS teams.

Monitor outsourced services (pest control, PPE cleaning, signage) for quality and contract compliance.

Identify and advise on proper hazardous waste disposal.

Conduct monthly waste inspections and ensure valid waste disposal certificates are maintained.
