Position: HSE Officer

Department: Upstream (Oil & Gas)

Location: Rajahmundry

Reports To: HSE Manager/President/CEO

1. Role Purpose

The HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations at offshore exploration and drilling locations. The role ensures implementation of HSE management systems, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and drives a strong safety culture through proactive engagement with crews and contractors.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Safety Compliance & Monitoring

• Ensure compliance with offshore HSE regulations (e.g., OISD, OMR, DGH guidelines, ISO 45001/14001).
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, PTW (Permit to Work) verification, and toolbox meetings.
