HSE Officer

The HSE Officer (Registered Nurse) is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across office and project sites. The role combines occupational health responsibilities with safety monitoring and includes fieldwork and assignment as a reliever Safety Officer at project sites to ensure compliance with HSE and DOLE OSH standards.

Key Responsibilities:Health (Nurse) Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees and site personnel.
• Maintain medical records, health monitoring reports, and clinic inventory.
• Conduct health assessments, including pre-employment, return-to-work, and periodic health monitoring.
• Assist in managing work-related injuries and illnesses, including coordination with clinics and hospitals.
• Promote employee health programs such as wellness, hygiene, and disease prevention.
