About the Role Full relaoction covered for Germany including accommodation As HSE Lead, you will play a key leadership role in promoting a best in class safety culture across major construction and engineering projects. Working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and operational teams, you will ensure compliance while supporting the rollout of the company's global safety strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead project-wide HSE implementation Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Monitor HSE documentation, KPIs, and compliance performance across the project. Champion a proactive, positive safety culture at all times.
