Responsibilities

• Promote HSE initiatives for continuous improvement
• Empower teams through training, auditing, and risk management
• Serve as the site HSE expert for systems and process improvements
• Assist in incident reporting (ICAM) and corrective actions
• Support injury management and return-to-work programs
• Communicate with regulatory and community stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and influence others to achieve positive HSE outcomes
