This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enter the HSE space and assist the Lead HSE Specialist to drive improved performance, implement Graymont’s health, safety, and environmental requirements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Focus Areas The Role Will Include:
Promote HSE initiatives for continuous improvement
Empower teams through training, auditing, and risk management
Serve as the site HSE expert for systems and process improvements
Assist in incident reporting (ICAM) and corrective actions
Support injury management and return-to-work programs
