Job Description

Role Definition
For one of our clients, we are actively looking for a HSE Supervisor on an offshore wind farm project for the onshore construction phase.
The HSE Supervisor will report directly to the Project HSE Manager and has the following responsibilities:
Provide operational support to the Project HSE Manager for work monitoring
Ensure HSE coordination and compliance with the company policy procedures and to coordinate with site team to implement all the actions required for a proper implementation of HSE culture and methodologies.
Assist in Risk Management process and Permit To Work system.
Facilitate accidents/incidents investigation and analysis
Organize and lead HSE toolbox talk & on-site training
Conduct HSE visits and inspections
To ensure the proper waste management, including segregation, collection and reporting.
