We are looking for a talented HSE Training Supervisor to join our team specializing in Health, Safety and Environment for our Cummins in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.

Coordinates and facilitates general and specific training programs.
Assists with the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs.
Works with vendors and educational organizations to develop and deliver training programs.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Identify training needs through audience and task analysis, recommending effective learning solutions and improvement plans.
Develop instructional content and training materials aligned with corporate standards, including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, assessments, and job aids.
