HSEQ Coordinator – Brisbane
This tier 2 construction company has a large presence nationally. Having grown massively in the last 4 years in Brisbane and with close to half a billion dollars of work in the pipeline. Projects include BTR developments, refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, and high-profile new builds.

The Role
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading HSEQ practices across multiple projects valued between $20M–$100M. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you’ll:

• Manage and oversee site HSEQ activities, including SWMS review, safety walks, toolbox talks, and compliance documentation.
• Build strong relationships with project managers, subcontractors, and your team to ensure safety is integrated across all operations.
• Participate in project meetings, pre-starts, and site inductions, making executive decisions confidently when required.
