HSEQ Executive

We are looking for a HSEQ Executive for one of our global shipping clients. The incumbent will support Sustainability, Quality & Vetting Department in the implementation, communication, monitoring, and effectiveness evaluation of the Companys management systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in the shipping industry or 1 year of sailing experience onboard vessel.

Vessel Inspections:

• Monitor re-inspection date(s) for all SIRE, CDI, and Rightship Inspections and USCG Certificate of Compliance (CoC). These inspections are referred to as 3rd Party Vetting Inspections.
• Assist in planning, arranging and coordination of 3rd Party Vetting Inspections as per Charter Party and/or industry requirements.
• Monitor daily communications to/from vessels relating to 3rd Party Vetting Inspections or other operational related inspections.
