As a HSEQ Marine Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across our Heavy Transport fleet. You’ll collaborate with vessel crews, technical managers and project teams to promote a proactive safety culture, conduct vessel audits and risk assessments, and provide specialised guidance on marine safety standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of complex global marine transport projects while developing your career in maritime HSEQ. What will you be doing? Monitor and audit the implementation of the 3rd party vessel manager’s Safety Management Systems (SMS) in line with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO standards.
