HSES Manager

Your Role
Lead all Health, Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) initiatives to support the country business operations and its activities. Drive and maintain all HSES systems; developing and implementing HSES processes that ensure the highest standards are met and aligned to Brenntag's HSES framework. Ensuring legal compliance, promoting strong HSES culture via various engagement platforms and continuously improving performance for all sites being in charge.
Duties And Responsibilities
Oversees the daily management of HSES activities for all supervising sites including developing and implementing safety initiatives. Ensuring the highest safety standards are met and aligned to the Company's strategic goals as well as driving proactive safety culture within the business.
Working with regional HSES team to ensure regional initiatives are integrated locally at all supervising sites. Develop HSES platforms and manage to best practice standards.
