HSQE Advisor

Summary

This role supports the implementation of company policies and the development of strong HSQE standards. It provides competent advice to operational teams, carries out inspections, and helps host external audits.

The position is key in promoting a positive safety culture, engaging the workforce, and acting as a reliable HSEQ point of contact. Responsibilities also include investigating incidents and monitoring HSEQ performance across assigned projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor HSQE performance through inspections, audits and engagement.
• Take an active role presenting workforce engagement & behavioural safety sessions.
• Identify appropriate improvements and engage with the wider team, to assist in supporting continuous improvement of the Keltbray Business Management System.
