Step Into Leadership as a Home Site Supervisor! As our Site Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional support in our SIL home accommodation services based on the Sunshine Coast. You won’t just oversee the day-to-day—you’ll inspire, guide, and roll up your sleeves to provide hands-on support that transforms lives.

Your Role:

You’ll be the go-to leader for support workers to escalate matters and provide hands on support with clients based in the homes. You'll work across 1 of our SIL homes you will be available for client support coordinating staffing rosters and admin duties.

Duties will include:

• Overseeing daily operations with confidence and clarity
• Implementing individual support plans, including Positive Behaviour Support and complex Health Care Plans
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders
