HSSE Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSSE Officer to support the implementation and enforcement of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies at our worksite. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
This position will be based in Kemaman.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety
Conduct HSSE induction briefings for new employees, visitors, clients, and subcontractors.
Promote HSSE awareness by participating in daily operational meetings and conducting safety sharing sessions.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSSE reports to the HSSE & Facility Executive.
Enforce HSSE rules and regulations at the worksite.
Coordinate site monitoring and follow up on issues arising at the workplace.
