  HSSEQ Administrator
  
 Are you an admin whiz Interested in a career in WHS? 
 Flexible location (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth).
 RPS has an exciting opportunity available for an administration extraordinaire to support our HSSEQ team. 
 The successful candidate will be inquisitive, keen to learn, have a confident and friendly disposition and a genuine interest in kick starting their career in health, safety, environment and quality. 
  Key Responsibilities include: 
 Coordinate tender and proposal responses
 Maintain third party contractor management prequalification portals
 Manage the supplier management program 
 Management system document control (including coordination of reviews, revisions, formatting, etc).
 Maintenance and administration of the HSSEQ online tool (Donesafe)
 Administration of the AAP external training and competency register
