HTM Mid-Term and Final Exam Invigilator Winter 2026

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Invigilating/supervising tests and exams
Maintaining academic integrity by strictly adhering to the University’s regulations, policies, and procedures regarding tests/exams
Maintaining confidentiality of student and test/exam information
Setting up exam rooms and keeping test/exam rooms organized
Documenting any incidents during tests/exam and reporting incidents to professor

3.0 Hours+/Term Performing invigilation duties for mid-term or final exams as required.

3.00 hours per exam/Estimated Total Hours of Work* You may invigilate more than one exam, pending on availability for exam schedule.
