Job Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.Handling customer’s enquiries, creating test plan and quoting, managing project and review report.处理客户的咨询,制定测试计划,评估报价,管理项目和审查报告。
2.Providing the internal and external customer excellent services to achieve the highest possible degree of customer satisfaction.为内部和外部客户提供优良的服务,以达到尽可能高的客户满意度。
3.Quotation processing (Answering or forwarding enquiries, updating, obtaining approvals in accordance with drawing guidelines, sending)跟进报价(回复客户的相关咨询, 更新报价并获得相关审批)
4.Support the product liens for project controlling with order creation in compass, document preparing, sample handling, coordinating suborder, payment monitoring, lead time controlling, files maintaining.管理相关项目包括订单创建, 文件准备,样品处理, 协调分包,监督付款情况,控制周期和文件维护。
5.Order maintenance/ order update, ensure timely completion of this project to product quality, improve customer satisfaction.订单的维护和跟进, 保证项目能够按质按时完成, 提高客户满意度。
