1.贯彻和执行工厂环境，健康，安全程序和食品安全程序

2.严格遵守工厂的各项安全管理制度，在工作中确保自身安全

3.严格执行化学品保存的相关规定，确保化验室的安全

4．根据国家的相关标准、技术文件等，对原材料进行检验，出具检验报告

5．对原辅材料复检

6．对建议中出现的不合格品进行分析，确定是否影响产品质量

7．根据企业发展的实际情况，适时补充、修改、完善各项规章制度

8．按照半成品的标准要求，按照生产工艺和检验方法，检测半成品的质量

9。对生产过程中出现的不合格品进行鉴定，监督不合格品的处理过程

10．组织对生产过程中质量控制进行全面管理

11.按照企业出厂产品的检验规范和检验标准进行检验

12．对成品检验中出现的不合格品进行鉴定，监督不合格品的处理过程

13．对经过检验，符合成品出厂要求的，出具产品质量检验合格报告...
