Purpose
To manage customer requirements in accordance with established Hub Agreements and ensure smooth execution of port calls through close coordination with customers, local agents, and vendors.

Interrelations
This position reports to the Hub Agency Manager and works closely with Sales and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to assigned Hub Agreements.
• Ensure all port call appointments are promptly handled and assigned to the appropriate local agent.
• Monitor and follow up on port calls to ensure customer expectations are met.
