We are looking for a Hub Expert in Trujillo, Peru to handle operational and field research initiatives aimed at monitoring Yango's competitive market positioning, validating business hypotheses, and improving the driver experience.
You will be responsible for:
• Continuously monitoring competitor applications (pricing, availability, service conditions) and recording evidence for internal analysis
• Conducting field research by directly interacting with drivers in strategic areas (airports, high-demand locations, driver hotspots)
• Gathering qualitative insights from drivers through interviews and other conversations
• Running operational experiments and pilot programs defined by the operations team
