Job Description
Become an Insurance Renewal Advisor with HUB International and ensure clients are protected. This role combines hybrid work flexibility with the need for strong customer service and insurance proficiency.
In this position, you'll support clients as a Personal Insurance Advisor on the Renewal Team. Your goal will be to review their insurance solutions before renewal and ensure coverage remains relevant. By providing customized service, you’ll help clients navigate and enhance their policies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively discuss policy renewals with clients
• Build strong relationships through quality service delivery
• Recommend additional insurance products to clients
• Monitor and achieve retention and satisfaction metrics
• Keep updated on Personal Lines insurance offerings

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Insurance
