What will you do?

The Hub Lead plays a vital leadership role in the daily operations, educational direction, and strategic development of the MACSEYE early years’ service. This role is responsible for leading a team of Early Childhood Teachers and Educators across multiple sites, fostering strong family and community partnerships, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and embedding Catholic values in daily practices. The Hub Lead ensures high quality service delivery that is child-centred, inclusive, and aligned with MACSEYE’s mission.
