Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the Daraz Last mile Hub, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication among teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, driving growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, identify opportunities, and resolve operational issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous learning and development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the hub's performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support business development and partnership initiatives.
