Hub Planning Lead

**Job** **Purpose**:- Responsible of E2 Supply Chain Operational (Short-Term) & Tactical (Mid & Long-Term) Planning Processes for Carib + OpCos in Americas Region, including Demand Planning, Production Planning(Brewering & Packaging), Finished Goods Import Planning and Distribution/Replenishment Planning.
- Participate as a key contributor and stakeholder in OpCos S&OP Monthly Cycle and work in close collaboration with local S&OP Manager as a main source of insights/data/information for all demand & supply discussion.
- Ensure the defined Planning Governance Framework and ways of working between Regional Hub and local Planning team are embedded withing the Opcos org.
& processes including adherence to Heineken Global Standars and Methodologies regarding planning capabilities.
