**Job Description**



+ _Supervise import, export, transit operations and customs clearance to maintain on-time performance and provide quality service to both internal and external customers_

+ _Plan and arrange staff roster to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and achieve the hub cost plan_

+ _Supervise and control transit operation and payload air feed cost to utilize aircraft space while maintaining cost effectiveness_

+ _Perform operations according to MOP; review MOP for import/export/transit operations to cope with business and operation changes and enhance productivity & effectiveness_
