Hub Supervisor (12 Months Contract)

About The Role

Reporting directly to the site Hub Manager, the Delivery Operations Supervisor will provide on-shift leadership to staff and will oversee all Hub-related activities, including sortation operations, vehicle loading, and on-road delivery operations. You will own the day-to-day operations of the business, coordinate vehicle capacity, and serve as the primary support person for hourly staff. Safety is of the utmost importance at HelloFresh and you will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety, reporting, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. You will help shape and scale an industry-leading chilled last-mile delivery operation in your region, delivering thousands of freshly produced meal boxes directly to our customers each and every day.
