We're Hiring: Part-Time HubSpot Campaign Specialist (Prospecting VA)

We are looking for a HubSpot-certified or highly proficient HubSpot Campaign Specialist to support our prospecting, email campaigns, and customer engagement efforts. This is a part-time role following the US time zone and is ideal for a VA who is confident with HubSpot, comfortable on the phone, and detail-oriented.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and help launch email campaigns using HubSpot
• Monitor email performance (opens, clicks) and conduct follow-up calls using provided scripts and cadences
• Manage the monthly newsletter using pre-built templates and write one to two short content sections
• Handle customer care touchpoints for an existing customer base by conducting monthly or quarterly check-in calls
• Make phone calls as the primary method of outreach, leave polished voicemails when unreachable, and follow up via email
