Overview
We're seeking a senior HubSpot contractor to lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. This role owns platform architecture, configuration, automation, and handoff to a production-ready state.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and the client to design and deploy a scalable, well-governed HubSpot instance aligned to real GTM workflows.
Engagement Details

Duration: Fixed-scope implementation
Focus: Architecture, build, QA, and handoff (no ongoing admin required)
Scope of Work
Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops)
Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects
Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring
Implement and validate integrations with the client's existing stack
Support data migration, cleanup, and QA
