**The Position**



**フィールドマネージメントサブチャプターの業務：**



**フィールドマネージメント（FM）では、主にフィールドエンジニア（FE）のサポート業務、機器の修理に必要なスペアパーツの発注・管理業務、FE業務の外注に関する戦略・管理・実行を行っており、その業務の内容は多岐にわたります。**



**今回募集を行うのは、保守サービスを委託している外注業者との交渉窓口として、品質改善のための交渉や、日々発生する相談の窓口業務をメインに担当頂く予定です。またサービス委託に伴い発生する請求処理なども実施頂きます。その他、以下職務内容に記したルーチン業務もメンバーと協業して実施頂く予定です。**

**FE関連業務における戦略・戦術の作成、フィールドへの展開および実行**



**FE業務における外注業者の管理（契約、業務実行、問題解決など）**
