【職務概要/ミッション】

レーザサービス部の大きな責務は4つとなります。

- 装置をご購入頂いているお客様の安定した生産活動を支えること

- 新規にご購入頂いた装置を、安定した生産開始へ移行すること

- 装置をご購入頂いているお客様の生産拡大に技術的に寄与すること

- 顧客満足度の向上に努めること

【業務内容】

- レーザ装置のインストール、スタートアップ、メンテナンス、レトロフィット

- お客様に対するオンサイトでのトレーニング

- 故障の特定と分析、修理

- 機械のパフォーマンスを向上させるためのプロジェクトやソフトウェアのアップデートの実施
